和谐社会环境下大学生法律素质培养的路径探索

【摘要】当前我国正逐步健全、完善国家法治，作为代表国家未来建设者的大学生，法律素养的培养，将直接影响该目标的实现。结合当前在校大学生时有违法犯罪事件的发生，如何切实提升大学生的法律素养，真正让大学生知法、懂法、用法，就显得尤为迫切。本文主要从改革学校法律教学和凸显法律教育的社会实践功能两方面为出发点，进一步探讨拓展大学生法律素质的培养路径。【关键词】大学生；法律素质；实践【Abstract】 Currently we are gradually completing and improving our law in China，so as a graduate student who presents the future of our country，arousing the awareness of learning regulations will be the key factor according to accomplishing the goal.As an example of criminal events happening in campus，this is of importance that how to enhance the students’ education of laws and regulations，in particular helping them on how to use this tool to protect
