基于利益相关者的农村商业银行财务治理结构研究
是银行财权在股东大会、董事会、监事会、经理层、员工等组织部门间的分配，是财权在银行内部的初次分配，以股东大会为起点，通过层层授权而形成的银行财权多层次的配置格局。外部财务治理结构，是对股东和经营者以外（包括监管部门、债权人等）其他利益相关主体的财权安排。市场因素，包括外部利益主体赖以有效行使财权的经营者市场、产品市场、资本市场等。
